Five injured when vehicle crashes into tree
Patients treated on scene.
Late last night (31 January) five people were injured when a transport vehicle crashed into a tree on Paul Kruger Avenue.
ER24 paramedics found the vehicle smashed up against a large tree. All the occupants were standing outside the vehicle.
On further assessment, paramedics found that all five patients had sustained only minor injuries.
They treated the injured and transported them to a nearby hospital.
Local authorities were on the scene to investigate.
