The Mozart Choir is giving two performances on Saturday 13 February in the Roodepoort Theatre’s basement theatre, one at 3pm and one at 7pm.
As recently as October last year two choirs, the Pro Cantare and German Choirs, called it a day and the Mozart Choir was amalgamated. According to choir member Karin Spottiswoode, it promises to be a fun and romantic performance of beautiful love songs, threaded around an interesting love story in a combination of acting and singing. It is their first big performance as the Mozart Choir.
