Thanksgiving for end of Roodepoort Primary saga
A thanksgiving event will be held this weekend in Davidsonville
The Davidsonville Community Forum will be hosting a thanksgiving event at the Davidsonville Recreation Centre.
The purpose of the event is to thank the mediation team and all those involved including teachers, pupils and parents in finding a resolution in the Roodepoort Primary School saga.

The Gauteng MEC for education Phanyaza Lesufi has also been invited to the event, which the community is welcomed to attend.
“The service will commemorate the efforts of all the individuals involved in the impasse and will attempt to promote unity and social cohesion in the community,” said Celeste van Rensburg.
