Crime ridden area to meet with stakeholders

Residents to meet with counciller, police and metro police.

The residents of Fiskaal Street and the immediate surrounding area has had enough of crime.

Since November they have been the targets of a spate of crimes. They are also battling with hooligans using their streets for motor racing. One resident, Tebogo Maloto along with his neighbours have now called a meeting with councillor Gert Niemand. Niemand in turn has asked the Police and Metro Police to join in the effort to find a solution for the problem that is according to residents “out of hand”.

All residents in the area who would like to weigh in on the matter can attend the meeting this coming Thursday (14 January) at 24 Fiskaal Street at 7pm.

Western Suburbs Roodepoort Neighbourhood Watch (WSRNW), along with the Police and Metro Police, will also be in attendance to assist residents who want to sign up.
