As National Cat Herders Day is celebrated worldwide, people are encouraged to take pride in their stressful jobs.
The idea of herding cats was apparently popularised by information technologies expert Dave Platt when he said, “Managing senior programmers is like herding cats.”
This day was created for people who can relate to tackling a task, problem or job that seems nearly impossible or complicated. Something like herding cats.
Today is all about embracing those hurdles head-on.
