A new commander for the Honeydew police cluster, Major-General Mbele, has been appointed.
Florida CPF has released a press statement welcoming Mbele on behalf of the community.
“Florida CPF wishes to extend a warm welcome to the new Cluster Commander of the Honeydew Cluster, which Florida Police is a part of.
“Major-General Mbele started in her new post as Cluster Commander on 1 December. We wish her well and we look forward to working with her in the years to come,” it read.
The statement concluded saying “we also wish to thank Brigadier Wayne Sirkhot for his excellent leadership whilst he was acting Cluster Commander for the past year. He has returned to his previous post as Station Commander of Honeydew SAPS.”
