19-year-old Crystal Meth dealer busted
Drug busts in Hull Street becoming more common.
A 19-year-old suspect, believed to be a drug lord, has been arrested by the Florida police this past Friday.
At about midnight, members of Florida Crime Prevention were patrolling around the area when they received information that there is someone selling drugs in Hull Street. The police were given a description of the suspect and when they saw a person matching the description, asked for his permission to search him. They could not find anything on him but when they searched his room they found 24 zip lock plastic bags containing a white substance, suspected to be crystal meth (tik) and 27 lollies (glass pipes used to smoke the drug).
The suspect was arrested and detained at Roodepoort Police Station and will appear at Roodepoort Magistrate court soon.
