The Record reported last week Thursday, 26 November, Presiding Officer, Delise Smit postponed the dog abuse case for the fourth time this year.

The case was postponed until Monday, 30 November to give the accused and his new legal representative time to consult with each other. The accused reportedly only met his legal representative for the first time on Thursday.

His trial will start on 10 December.
