Patrick Nkhumeleni, 36 went missing from his Zandspruit home about a month ago.
He is bald, has an average weight, brown eyes and a black mustache.
The clothing he wore at the time of his disappearance are unknown.
Anyone with information is asked to come forward and report it to Constable Duma on 011 801 8428 or 071 675 7105.
