Waterways Bathroom and Plumbing in North Riding had a party to launch their newly renovated showroom on 24 November.
The store used the opportunity to introduce new products and reintroduce their old ones. One of the owners, Steve Fouché welcomed guests.
The store invited staff from their other seven branches, their suppliers, property developers, architects, interior designers, manufacturers and most importantly, their loyal customers.
The event catered for more than 100 guests, drinks and dinner were also provided. Guests came out in numbers and staff members from different branches got to meet and mingle during the festivities.
To add to the festivities guests could enter a prize draw. Eleven lucky winners walked away with prizes such as a geyser, a vanity bathroom cabinet, shower roses, complete toilet suites and bathroom accessories worth R50 000.
Doors were open after speeches and the guests stepped into a captivating showroom of bathroom and plumbing equipment. The designs of the bathroom equipment were laid out in a enchanting manner that were greatly impressive.
Waterways Bathroom and Plumbing was founded in 2012 by Fouché and Guy Dommann – eight years later they have eight stores in two provinces, Gauteng and Limpopo.
“We hope to create more awareness with our customers on our products, for people to get an educational standpoint on sanitary wear and for our customers to make better decisions when purchasing their bathroom-ware,” said Fouché. He also added that they assist their customers personally by going the extra mile and also ensuring they accommodate them according to their budget.
