The gang of coldblooded killers who shot dead 21-year-old Robert Vermaak during an ‘attempted hijacking’ on Friday night, might have been involved in at least one other incident and has been spotted before.
According to Vermaak’s mother, Tammy, she received information of another woman whose son had been involved in a similar incident with suspects allegedly driving the same vehicle – a blue BMW. In her case though her son was armed and could defend himself by shooting back.
A very reliable source in the Florida crime fighting scene also confirmed that there was a report recently that a blue BMW were following people from the Spar and was last seen in the Louis Botha Road area.
Robert’s father Leon has made an emotional plea to the community to come forward with any information or CCTV footage. He can be contacted on 082 925 6744 The public is advised not to confront the dangerous suspects.
