Well National Boss/Employee Exchange Day allows you to do just that.
Today enables you to switch seats with your boss and order a few of your employees around.
Boss/Employee Exchange Day is however, less about doing one another’s job, and more about exchanging ideas such as “What could make the employee’s day easier?”
Although this exercise might not be an easy task, pitch it to your boss and see if they are game.
