Thandolwethu Ndlela, a Grade 3 pupil at Discovery Primary Full Service School shone at a spell-a-thon last week (4 September) with an impressive 100 per cent.
The spell-a-thon, held by Arthur Mathews Primary for the first time this year hosted 13 schools in the district.
Thandolwethu was placed first and exceeded the other contestants in both the school and cluster level.
She is due to be awarded at Provincial level for her impressive results.
