You’re late, so what?

Don't feel bad for being late.

It is okay to be late for that important meeting scheduled with your boss – but only for today.

Whether you are intentionally late or unintentionally, there is no reason to feel bad for not being on time.

If your doctor or hairdresser was late for their appointment with you and you just had to accept it, then it should give you even more reason to celebrate National Be Late for Something Day.

Here are reasons why it should be acceptable to be late:

• You get to take your time with other appointments

• You are able to oversleep

Sufficient ‘me-time’ is spent to get ready for your appointment to make you look and feel good about yourself

Have you ever been late for a meeting intentionally? Let us know why.
