Although it may be cold outside, there is still reason to celebrate the beauty of nature.
Because different bird species have occupied Florida Lake since the beginning of Spring, the Record received pictures of local residents capturing these birds at their most oblivious moments.
Jennie Dallas, coach at the Florida Lake Canoe Club said she loves how the birds have come out to play during Spring.
“The King Fischers have moved to the Lake and made it their home now and there are so many beautiful different birds at the Lake,” Jennie said.
Because I am always at the Lake when I coach and train members of the Canoe Club, I cannot help but try to capture these beautiful moments,” she added.
