Woman found in pool of blood
The cause of the incident is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
A woman in her 30s was found in a critical condition last night at a house in Camelthorn Road in Fleurhof.
ER24 paramedics, along with Provincial Services and SAPS, responded to the scene and found the woman lying in a pool of blood inside one of the rooms.
On assessment, paramedics found the woman had sustained a serious laceration to her head and was in a critical condition.
Paramedics treated the woman and provided her with advanced life support interventions.
Once treated, she was transported to Baragwanath Hospital for urgent medical attention.
