Wilro Lions Cycle Challenge is back

Entries close on 23 August.

The Wilro Lions Cycle Challenge is back for the 17th time this year.

The cycle challenge will take place at the Tarlton International Raceway on Sunday 6 September at 6.30am.

Participants can either collect their numbers after registering on Friday, 4 September at the Cycle Lab Megastore in Fourways or on Saturday 5 September at Sportsmans Warehouse at Princess Crossing.

The race is broken up into a 41 kilometre and 114 kilometre run to suit your needs.

The 41 kilometre race cost R140 and the 114 kilometre race cost R220.

No persons under the age of 12 are allowed to enter the 114 kilometre race and all participants must wear protective helmets.

The prize money ranges from R150 to R2 000 and trophies will also be won.

Entries close on 23 August at 6pm.
