By simply introducing friends to her legal council Fakazile Mary Malinga, 45, won a new bright-red Toyota Yaris.
Her new vehicle was handed over at a special event at Legal Wise on Golf Club Terrace on Friday afternoon 7 August. Life will dramatically change for the teacher from Tembisa who had not owned a vehicle before. She was overjoyed at the news.
“I had never thought that I would someday own my own transport; it is truly a very pleasant surprise and I am most thankful to Legal Wise.”
The competition was launched in December 2014 where members were given the opportunity to refer a friend or family member to the legal insurance company. Their names were then entered into a lucky draw to stand a chance to win a brand new vehicle. In addition to the prize, entrants were eligible to win one of 70 gift hampers.
“We are delighted to have made a meaningful impact on the life of another member and would like to convey our gratitude to the members who participated,” CEO Jan Luwes at the handover said.
