Cinderella play set for Roodepoort Theatre

Local young people will grace the Roodepoort Theatre stage next this month to showcase the ultimate Cinderella story, Once Upon a Song- SA Musical.

The musical features children from the ages of 12 years until 25-years-old and according to a press release, is promised not to be boring.

Instead it will have a ‘cool’ and artsy story line about two teenagers who are in love and has to find a way to be together despite the obstacles they face.

The musical will be filled with singing and choreography and appeals to people of different ages.

The family show will run in the morning and afternoon from 19 August until 21 August.

Tickets can be booked via the Roodepoort Theatre and cost between R40 and R170.
