De La Rey body identified
The body that was found in De La Rey on Monday night has been identified.
The body of a 47-year-old Caucasian male that was found on 8th Street and Ontdekkers Road in De la Rey on Monday night has been identified.
The man was known as Sean Bekker. According to his family, Bekker died of a heart attack but had no history of medical problems.
He was staying in a flat with his 21-year-old son.
The body was found on Monday evening after ER24 medics and CPF- Maraisburg and De La Rey were alerted.
According to eyewitnesses, Bekker collapsed on the side of the road while walking.
