According to Eskom on twitter, “the load shedding prognosis for today is medium for the morning and high for the evening.”
Block 3B (Roodepoort and surrounds) are exempt from load shedding today unless Stage 4 should be implemented from 8am til 12.30pm.
Block 7B (Florida and surrounds), however, will face load shedding at every stage should it be implemented, from 8am til 12.30pm.
On Tuesday 4 August more possible load shedding is scheduled, according to City Power’s official schedule and the application Grid Watch. In Block 3B from Stage 2 load shedding will be implemented from 4pm til 8.30pm and an additional time slot will be added at Stage 3 and 4 from 12am til 4.30am (the same morning).
In Block 7B load shedding might only be implemented from Stage 3 from 4pm til 8.30pm with an additional time slot from 12am til 4.30am (same morning) at Stage 4.
