Rasper, the staffordshire bull terrier, was returned to his owners yesterday afternoon.
According to Bryn Carney, the man who had Rasper in his care was sad to let go of him because he grew a strong bond with the dog.
“I do not know the exact name of the man who had him or why he kept Rasper for so long and right now I do not care about that. I am just grateful that I have Rasper back,” said Bryn ecstatically.
Bryn said Rasper is in excellent condition and it is evident by his stature, he was taken good care of.
