Courtney Minnaar a pupil of Maragon Private School in Grade 10 competed in the Scottish Dancer of the Year 2015 in Glasgow, Scotland.
Courtney achieved a second place in freestyle slow and a third place in solo U/16 Girls Championship.
On 27and 28 June she competed in the World Freestyle Championships 2015 Blackpool and achieved a second place in freestyle slow and a fourth place in solo U/16 girls Premier Championship which is a tougher championship. She was the only one from South Africa to achieve these results.
Courtney is now sponsored by Sparkling Design in England for all her costumes.
