The onus is on residents to keep municipality officials accountable for service delivery issues, but how long should it take to resolve these issues?
In the City of Johannesburg’s Look & Log campaign they detailed service level agreement turnaround times for logged issues, of which the longest is six weeks and the shortest, immediately.
All issues with the municipality should be logged with the City of Johannesburg hotline on 0860 JOBURG (0860 562 874).

- City Power: pick option 2 or log them via your cell phone on https://citypower.mobi
- Joburg Roads Agency (JRA): pick option 5 or send an email to hotline@jra.org.za
- City Parks: pick option 0 or send an email to jcp@jhbcityparks.com
- JMPD: Call centre on 011 375 5918 or 011 375 5911
- Pikitup: pick option 4
- Revenue: Visit nearest Walk In Centre or pick option 1
