Blanket Drive for Tshepang

Blanket drive for Tshepang orphanage programme

Tshepang programme for orphaned and vulnerable children are planning a blanket drive.

This is to assist the 150 families they support throughout Princess Informal Settlement.

The programme takes care of over 300 children, providing them with daily nutritious meals, life-skills programmes, school stationary and clothes among other basic needs.

“During this winter, we would love to embark on a blanket drive with the aim of all children and community assisted with blankets. We are serving families who are from very poor backgrounds and are struggling to make ends meet. Our wish is to see every family being warm and able to make a difference in our community. As an organization we may not be able to solely reach this vision on our own,” said Tshepang director Suan Rammekwa.
