The Record team is currently on the scene on William Nicol Road where a truck’s brakes failed.
So far it could be established that at least two cars were hit. The extent of those involved’s injuries and whether there were any deaths are currently unclear.
This comes two years after a similar accident that claimed lives and lead to the banning of trucks on this road.
