The Metro Police’s Crime Prevention Unit arrested two males in possession of drugs to the value of R5000 last night at Florida Lake.
The arrests took place at Lake View Flats on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Maude Street. The two men were found in possession of 30 packets of what is believed to be Mandrax.
The two suspects, who appear to be in their late twenties, will appear soon in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of drugs and dealing in drugs.
