A man was airlifted to hospital after a serious accident on the corner of John Vorster Road and Amplifier Street, Radiokop, in the evening of 20 May. “The man, a biker, sustained critical injuries during a collision with a car,” said ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing. “ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene… and found the man lying on the side of the road. Paramedics had assessed the man, believed to be in his 40s, and found that he sustained multiple injuries.” The man was provided with advanced life support and airlifted to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
