30 free passes per year.

The new dispensation will include:

• A reduction to 30c per kilometer for all motorists capped at R225.

• Motorists will have to pay their toll bills before renewing their car licenses.

• Outstanding e-toll bills will be reduced by 60 per cent.

• Users will receive 30 free gantry passes a year.

• Public transport will remain exempted.

Ramaphosa said the new dispensation will be introduced in phases.
