Members and residents of the Helderkruin and Kloofendal areas are invited to attend the meeting on Monday 11 May at 7pm.
Only members of HKNW will be allowed to cast votes at the date of the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the annual report from the chairperson and the financial statements for the year ended on 2 February from the treasurer. Members will also be elected to serve on the committee for the ensuing period until the next AGM in 2016.
