A man lost his life, following a pedestrian accident on Beyers Naudé (M5) in Zandspruit on 23 March.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found that a man, believed to be in his 30s, lost his life after being knocked over by a motor vehicle.
According to Netcare 911’s Media Liaison officer, Santi Steinmann, “Upon assessment of the man, paramedics found that the man had tragically passed away prior to their arrival due to the extensive injuries sustained and there was nothing further that could be done for the man,” Steinmann said.
The man was declared dead at the scene.
