On her way to school at around 7.20 am a female teacher was presumably involved in the accident. Witnesses say that another teacher stopped at the accident scene to assist her.
Witnesses say that patients were treated on scene and taken to hospital.
A man involved in the accident was allegedly carried away on a stretcher.
ER 24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing confirmed the accident and said that three vehicles were involved of which one rolled.
“We treated one male patient believed to be in his 40s for minor injuries on the scene.
“He was later transported to Life Flora Clinic for further medical care,” Bodasing said.
The teacher’s medical condition remains uncertain.
