Don’t write off signs of depression

JOHANNESBURG – Tips to help you find the holiday spirit during the stressful festive period.

Counselling manager at the group Cassey Amoore explained that signs of stress or depression can’t be written off as mere holiday blues with the hope of it dissapearing in January because it won’t. “It can be dangerous to ignore depression symptoms for weeks or months.
