The grand hall at Maragon Private School in Ruimsig came alive on 20 October as they hosted the second annual art and culture evening.
Maragon pupils boasted with impressive talents in arts and culture and the evening was a delectable experience for both the teachers and the parents. From music, theatre and dance, the pupils kept the crowd entertained and gasping for more.
Pupil Karli Coetsee said as she welcomed everyone, “This event truly expresses the calibre of our [pupils]. It is surely, without a doubt, that our [pupils] are passionate and dedicated to culture and performing arts.”
The evening reflected on the performers’ achievements and numerous artistic abilities, who took hold of the evening and brought to light their overwhelming talents and works.
The fun evening seemed to end too early for everyone with world-class performances from pupils that have showcased at international events.
