New addition at Black Eagle revealed

POORTVIEW - Black Eagle Boutique Hotel and Conferences has some new offerings to serve your daily needs.

Good company, food and music unleashed the new addition at Black Eagle Boutique Hotel and Conferences. On Wednesday 22 October, the centre had a a grand opening of one of their new offerings, Aquila Café.

The café is a new continental breakfast and lunch venue that is now open for the public. Public relations officer of the venue Jenny Gordon said this was an offering that they hope patrons will enjoy and will also serve the day-to-day needs of those who make use of it. In her speech, owner of the Black Eagle Ute Fullerton thanked the team that worked to ensure the smooth transition. “Everyone gave their A game and worked tirelessly. There’s been so much blood sweat and all that made this night and grand opening possible.”

Fullerton also took the opportunity to announce that the centre is now under new management. “It’s been a hectic 18 months for us with turning the place around.”

Boitumelo Makhubele, one of the guests who attended the event, said it was a great evening. “This venue will definitely give you a break from the busyness that we always find ourselves in. The environment is very calming.”

Other attendees expressed that the evening turned great for networking and they loved the food and music. “I haven’t been in Joburg for too long so I’m glad that I had the opportunity to meet professionals from different industries,” explained Angelique Karstens.
