Tea to fund local cancer initiatives
Join the Wilro Park Lions Club in funding local cancer initiatives and support programmes.
The Wilro Park Lions Club will benefit Cansa, Cancer Buddies and Cancervive with an upcoming tea.
The Lions invite residents to join them on Saturday 11 October for a delicious tea. From 2pm members will host the Cuppa for Cansa event, including a silent auction. No entrance fee will be charged, yet donations are welcome. Ester Pretorius from Cansa West Rand will be attending the event.
“Proceeds from donations will be handed over to Cansa West Rand,” says Sandy van Heerden, Wilro Lions president.
“Balloons also will be sold.
“There will be gifts, lucky draws and delicious refreshments.”
