An employee of Flora Life Clinic, Dorina Sihlali, was murdered by her own son, Daluxolo Sihlali, according to media reports.
Although it is not certain when the murder in Naturena in the south of Johannesburg took place, the body was discovered yesterday (2 September). Neighbours claim they heard the son hitting his mother on Saturday night. They called the police on Saturday after the son had thrown his mother out on the streets. The police reprimanded the young man and he allowed her back into her house.
After discovering the body the police found the son near the Johannesburg Prison. When they confronted him he allegedly said “I killed her”.
Life Flora Clinic’s spokesperson Rouanne Peters declined to comment saying she needed to gather more information.
