Witpoortjie’s Ebenezer House is in desperate need of a computer for administration.
Fundraiser Kerry von Buddenbrock says the House for psychiatrically ill patients finds itself in a desperate situation in terms of office equipment, foods and maintenance.
“The home is in urgent need of a laptop computer as the one we had crashed and is irreparable,” Von Buddenbrock says.
“This is an urgent requirement as we need it to handle all administration and public relations in the office.”
Von Buddenbrock says the House also is running low on other necessities.
“We need groceries such as bread, milk, butter, bread spreads such as peanut butter and bovril and marmite and jam.
“Basic things like jams and syrups and coffee and teas are a worry for us as our supply is running low.”
Ebenezer House also is looking for an entity to sponsor roof paint and exterior paint for the facility.
