Baby Moses upgraded this Mandela Day

The rooms were painted and a reading corner was installed for the children to enjoy.

The Baby Moses Baby Sanctuary was quite privileged to have two companies work to better their cause this Mandela Day.

Both Edu-Care and the Westgate Shopping Centre’s central management team donated products with which they upgraded the home at the corner of Karee Street and Janine Avenue. While Edu-Care painted the rooms inside, Westgate’s team painted the gates outside. Teams worked together to make the load lighter.

“They’re installing a reading corner for us here,” said a delighted Lanie de Klerk, Baby Moses founder.

Daleen Havenga of Edu-Care said that their team will be painting the room after which they will install shelves for the reading corner for the children.

“As you know, education and literacy is very important to us.”

Havenga thanks Konica Minolta SA for funding and the Edu-Care Foundation for the books they will be supplying to the reading corner.
