There is nothing better than watching the latest blockbuster on the big screen.
I love going to the movies, nothing beats the smell and taste of freshly popped popcorn, yummy treats, a big screen and a killer surround sound that sends shivers down your spine.
So I thought. I recently watched a sci-fi action movie at the new Ster Kinekor Cine Prestige cinema at Cradlestone Mall. Not only did the new cinema have all the things I love about the movies, it had a private lounge, luxury leather recliners – with tons of leg room might I add – and a gourmet menu.
With limited seats and waiters taking your order, I really felt like royalty. What more could you ask for. Cine Prestige is the ultimate movie experience. Now you can enjoy the big screen with the comfort of lying back with your feet up. Going to a normal cinema cannot compare.
For all this you would think it comes at a hefty price, but I am pleased to say it is very affordable. The only bad thing is that there are only a few Cine Prestige cinemas in Gauteng.
If you want to impress your date and you are willing to pay a little extra, this is the cinema you want to take your date to. You will definitely not be disappointed.
Cine Prestige is open at Cradlestone Mall, The Zone in Rosebank and at Sandton City.
