Your cruiser can get you a world record

Become a part of history by participating in the world record attempts taking place at the Tarlton International Raceway.

Tarlton International Raceway will play host to two world record attempts on Saturday 30 August.

The records being attempted are to get the most land cruisers on one site and have the most moving land cruisers in one convoy, collectively known as the Cruiser Challenge. All FJ Cruisers, station wagons, Prados and pick-ups are welcome.

Aside from the Cruiser Challenge, there will be rally rides, bar facilities, food vendors and outdoor exhibitions. There will be suitable entertainment for children and onstage entertainment. While waiting for the challenge, test your skill on some 4×4 routes or watch the land cruiser drag races.

Attending the Challenge costs R250 per vehicle. Alternatively you can bring your family for the Weekend Camping Package. It costs R400 per vehicle, which includes the price of the Challenge and only four passengers per vehicle allowed.

Inquiries can be made at marius@ekspo.co.za and reservations can be made on the N1 4×4 Pretoria website www.N14x4.co.za.
