Honeydew CPF to host a domestic watch meeting

ROODEPOORT - Sector 2 Honeydew Crime Policing Forum (CPF) will host a domestic watch meeting at the Panorama Primary School hall in Weltevreden Park on 24 June.

Sector 2 Honeydew Crime Policing Forum (CPF) will host a domestic watch meeting at the Panorama Primary School hall in Weltevreden Park on 24 June.

The CPF is extending this invitation to domestic workers and gardeners who will be addressed at 4.30pm.

Chairperson of the Panorama Resident’s Association Jon Rosenberg urged all employers to encourage their domestic workers and gardeners to attend the meeting, which has proved resourceful in the past.

“A house robbery was definitely averted the day after our last meeting as a result of the domestic worker having been warned of one of the methods used to gain access to the property. Her employer said he was most grateful to us for sharing this vital information, and assured us that he would encourage all his neighbours to send their employees to future meetings,” said Rosenberg.

Panorama Primary School is on Albert Street.
