From the Heart presents Three Days in April conference
Family and community fun encouraged at the Ministries' Easter conference.
From the Heart Church Ministries will present an Easter conference titled Three Days in April between Thursday 17 and Sunday 20 April.
Danielle Oosthuizen (19) is the director of the events and detailed each day’s activities. On Thursday 17 April the church will host a fancy dress dinner for which residents are encouraged to dress as biblical characters. The dinner commences at 7pm. This will be followed on Friday 18 April with a family and friends braai on the church grounds from 2pm.
“There are braai packs for sale from the Ministries, but residents can also bring their own food and drinks,” said Oosthuizen.
More family fun will follow on Saturday 19 April where residents can gather for potjiekos and the family fun day from 12 noon. A morning service will be held prior to the events on Saturday. Finally, on Sunday 20 April residents can look forward to a morning service, Sunday lunch at the church and an Easter play. The play will start at 6.30pm and it is staged free of charge.
