Commuters from Florida and the surrounding areas initially were happy when they heard Rea Vaya rapid bus transport (RBT) was coming to their area.
Soon they were disappointed though.
One complainant, who wants to stay anonymous, has told the Record that she and other commuters are highly disappointed with the bus service.
Their biggest gripe is that although the buses are on time in the mornings they have to wait up to and hour and 45 minutes in the evening.
She also says that then they are lucky if the get a place to stand.
She also told the Record that staff are rude when one enquires and complain, and that they do not have the information commuters need.
She concluded by advising commuters rather to stay with Metrobus. “Better the devil you know that the one you do not.”
Despite numerous attempts, Rea Vaya could not be reached for comment.
