The kwaito star Sipho Brickz Ndlovu’s court case that was supposed to commence on 9 January, has been postponed until March.
Ndlovu was arrested in November 2013 for the alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl but was released on R50 000 bail.
In a brief court appearance the state asked that the matter be postponed since it was awaiting a report from the Teddy Bear Clinic where the alleged victim went to on 8 January.
Ndlovu’s laywer confirmed and asked that the case be postponed in order for the state to obtain the report.
The case will resume on 6 March in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court.
