The sixth Miss Roodepoort beauty pageant run by Limelite Models was held on 30 November at Moon & Sixpence in Muldersdrift.
On the same evening Miss Teen Roodepoort as well as Miss Signature were crowned.
As with last year the beneficiaries of the pageant will be Dorah’s Ark orphanage and Children’s Haven in Roodepoort.
On the evening models were dressed by well-known designer Peter Bondesio and Bionava Boutique, and the entertainment was provided by singing sensation Kristen Martin who currently holds the Miss Junior Teen South Africa title.
The Miss Debutante title was won by Ghene Smit, Teen Personality by Tharina Botes, Miss Personality by Jessica van Heerden and Photogenic by Tharina Botes. Voters Choice went to Jessica van Heerden.
Second Princess in the Miss Teen competition went to Melissa Jacobs, First Princess went to Cilene Swanepoel and the title of Miss Teen Roodepoort went to Tharina Botes.
The Miss Signature First Princess was won by Aishwarya Beddesy, First Princess went to Mosima Manabile and the title went to Lwandle Ngweny
The Miss Roodepoort First Princess title was won by Ghene Smit, Second Princess by Pabi Notonae and this year’s Miss Roodepoort will be Jessica van Heerden.
