Residents are presented with the opportunity to build on their leadership skills with the latest installment of the Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (Rocci) series of business workshops.
Leadership that builds, a workshop presented in collaboration with the Themba Thandeka Leadership Institute, promises to elaborate on the essence of leadership. The workshop will explore what leadership truly is, what kind of leadership is progressive and what it is to practice leadership that builds individuals and organisations to top performers.
Other topics to be discussed includes the danger of charisma and the power of quiet leadership.
The workshop is to be held on Tuesday 3 December from 9am to 11am at the Phelindaba Chamber on the first floor of the Roodepoort Civic Centre at 100 Christiaan de Wet Road in Florida Park.
