Truck pollutes Florida with cloud of CO

Large truck spotted releasing heavy gas emissions.

Pedestrians were amazed at first, probably gasping more for air than anything else, when a heavy truck travelled in Florida emanating a thick cloud of what is believed to be carbon monoxide (CO).

While it is unclear where the truck came from or where it was going, it grabbed the attention of the public, considering the thick cloud of smoke that came from it as it travelled.

The smoke was so dense that motorists battled to see stop streets and oncoming traffic. Members of the public were seen waving away smoke from their faces trying to breathe.

The truck also was pulling some sort of road construction machinery and transporting pipes.

The Record first spotted the truck as it turned into Goldman Street and followed it for some time in Lockies Street in Florida, even making its way past primary schools.

Where was the JMPD and other law enforcement authorities?
