Florida library to host book talk

Read and listen to Helena Hugo at the Florida Regional Library.

The Florida Regional Library will be hosting a special book talk on Thursday 24 October.

Famous author Helena Hugo will be talking from 10am to 11am. The talk will be free of charge.

Hugo is a rumoured Roodepoorter and author of 17 publications. After achieving success as an actress, radio personality, drama lecturer and publisher, Hugo became a full-time author in 1995. Two of her more famous novels are Sluiers (2005) and Spore (2006).

The library is located at the corner of Church Street and 3rd Avenue.
