Honeydew riders gallop to success in West Region awards

Riders of Glover Paddocks in Honeydew rode away with 12 medals at the Gauteng West Region Schools Equestrian awards evening.

The 12 medals were won in various disciplines such as show jumping, dressage, performance and working riding.

Riders from various schools including Eagle House, Trinity House, Laerskool Horison, and Heron Bridge College also won awards.

Individuals also excelled. In the primary school category, Caitlin Kruger won gold for working riding and silver for performance riding, while in the high school category, Tasmin Maher achieved the highest overall points across all West Region high schools.

In total, 17 riders who train at Glover Paddocks were selected to represent the West Regional Schools in the forthcoming Gauteng Championship.
